Most of us know that diet, exercise and relaxation make us feel and look more vibrant.

But just once in a while isn't enough. We need to plan to relax every day.

The effect of de-stressors is cumulative, requiring due diligence and daily discipline. Communing with nature provides an easier way to regain your equilibrium and slow down fast. Island habitats offer many calming options, from a hike in the National Parks to a simple stroll on the beach.

Sailing, snorkeling, scuba or simply lounging in the pool are all excellent ways to get off the ground, and explore the cyan sea.

Don't think you don't have time for nature. You're human after all!
